Returns
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Items in new/unused condition with all original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus the original shipping fee. Return shipping costs must be pre-paid by the buyer. A minimum 10% re-stocking charge may apply to returned items requiring detailed inspection and/or re-packaging. Items visibly used or missing materials or packaging will be subject to a 15%-50% re-stocking fee. Any items requiring assembly may not be returned if already assembled by the customer. Please contact us before returning any items to receive your Return Authorization number.
Defective Merchandise
If you believe you have received a defective item please contact us immediately. Defective items will be picked up and replaced at no extra charge.
